Vikram Maurya — RoyalPlayzYT

I build softwarethat ships, and say what it is.

Web Developer · Creative Developer · Digital Creator. I build websites, Android apps and small tools — and I finish them. This site is the honest record: what each project is, what I actually built, and what it taught me.

01Selected work

Six projects with full case studies — the problem, my role, the constraints, and what I learnt. Statuses are honest: live means live.

02About

I am a developer and digital creator working mainly with the web and Android. My projects tend to start as a personal itch — a music player I fully control, a city guide that treats one place properly, a workspace for AI agents — and end as working software other people can install, open or use.

I care about the details that make software feel made rather than generated: typography that is chosen, not defaulted; interfaces that stay quiet so the content can speak; and delivery notes that say plainly what is built, what is in progress and what is still a plan.

Alongside development I run Bhojpurivibes, a Bhojpuri lyrics content brand, and I build the automation that keeps its reels moving across platforms. Building the product and building the audience turned out to be the same skill: ship, measure honestly, iterate.

How I work

  1. 01

    Understand

Define the user, the problem, the constraints and what success actually looks like — before any code.

  2. 02

    Shape

Map the information, sketch the experience and fix a visual direction that the whole build can follow.

  3. 03

    Build

Implement the core experience first and validate the important paths early, on real devices.

  4. 04

    Refine

Test responsive layouts, accessibility, edge cases, speed and content. Fix real issues, not symptoms.

  5. 05

    Ship & learn

Deploy, verify on the live URL, document the limitations honestly, and iterate from what is true.

04Now

What has my attention at the moment. This section is one small data file — it changes as the work does.

Building DotSpace

An Android-first AI agent workspace — specialist agents, background tasks and approvals. Version 0.1.0 is tested and working; hosted deployment is next.

Exploring AI agent workflows

Working daily with AI agents, MCP integrations and automation pipelines — including the tooling that keeps my content channels running.

Creating as Bhojpurivibes

Producing Bhojpuri lyrics shorts and running the reel pipelines behind them across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
